But before we get started, here's a quick joke to lighten the mood: What do you call a bear with no teeth? A gummy bear! (I know, I know, it's cheesy, but it always makes me smile!)

Okay, enough with the bear-y funny business, let's get to baking!

Ingredients
600g of your favorite biscuits (such as digestive biscuits, graham crackers or tea biscuits)
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup of whole milk
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)
1/4 cup of shredded coconut (optional)
Whipped cream and fresh berries for garnish (optional)

Directions
1.In a large mixing bowl, crush the biscuits into fine crumbs using a rolling pin or food processor.

2.Add the melted butter, condensed milk, whole milk, and vanilla extract into the bowl. Mix well until all the ingredients are fully combined.

3.If you want to make a chocolate cake, add 1/4 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder into the bowl and mix well.

4.Grease a 9-inch cake pan with some butter or cooking spray.

5.Pour the biscuit mixture into the cake pan and press it down evenly using the back of a spoon or spatula.

6.Refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours or overnight until it is firm and set.

7.Once the cake is set, run a knife around the edges of the pan to loosen it. Flip the cake onto a plate and remove the pan.

8.If you want to add some extra flavor, sprinkle some shredded coconut on top of the cake.

9.Finally, serve the cake with whipped cream and fresh berries on top.

Enjoy your delicious cake made from biscuits!

Baking Tip: If you find that the biscuit mixture is too dry, add a little bit more condensed milk or whole milk until you get a smooth and moist consistency. Also, make sure to refrigerate the cake for at least 2 hours so that it can set properly.
